Echo results please someone critique

See attached echo results. I have mild LVH which my doc said is normal for someone who has been training for over 25 years. On HRT right now and blast twice a year.

He isn't concerned but I'd like to get your guys opinions on these measurements

im 44, been using on and off both big and moderate cycles since 23...but didnt start heavier cycles till 35

I also have trace to mild regurg in most of my valves. It's very common. I notice your MR was mild to moderate, which to my knowledge, isn't a big deal unless it gets worse.

I'm sure gotgame will see this and give a more professional opinion.

did an ekg and he said it looked ok except for the end it was a bit jumpy which could indicate enlarged heart....so he sent me for one.

i also have a fast heart rate...which i heard could scue the results and give false positives.
i took another the week after and he said it looked ok.

been using sauce for over 25 years at moderate doses. some heavy long ones in there also. so i was a bit nervous.

Do you have a pulse/oximeter? They are very helpful in giving you a good pic of your heartrate in non clinical environments. Some now have apps and blue tooth and other stuff for the kids STAY OFF MY LAWN.

I actually, get into the high forties even with heart failure during deep sleep with my BiPap. Usually low fifties.

Also abstain from alcohol if you are a user prior to your testing.

What is your normal heart rate? I would address that over anything first.

normal HR for me is in the mid to upper 80s
doc did notice that but didnt say to much about it.....since i was a kid my HR was always high. i was on metropolol and it did help tremedously and brought it down to the low to mid 60s, but i felt like a total zombie.
doc took me off of it.
now im thinking, should i get back on it????
what else can i do to bring it down?

Looks good to me, you're MR(MITRAL REGURGE) YOU MIGHT NEED TO FOLLOW UP ON ONCE EVERY 2-3 YEARS THATS ABOUT IT.

I don't feel confident enough to answer whether you should go back on metropolol but performing challenging cardio seems to bring it down along with a healthy diet

I was swapped to Propanolol, HR went from high 80s to low 60s/high 50s. 60mg 3 times a day.
