as we have discussed before, im an ecto. Ive come a long way though. i do utilize cardio even during the offseason to keep lean. Usually 2-3x a week, first thing in the morning before eating (take in aminos/lbs), on non training days. About 40-45 mins per session, at a powerwalking pace, i suppose. its about 3 mph on a treadmill. keeps me lean, as well as my clients. although, some need more cardio, some need less. but its always the same basics. It does help you to be hungry throughout the day.
