STUFF IS AWESOME IVE BEEN ON FOR 3 WEEKS AT ONLY 2 CAPS A DAY AND IVE LOST CLOSE TO 5.5% BF AND 13.5 LBS , BEST FAT BURNER IVE EVER HAD , I LOVE THIS STUFF , WOULD PICK IT OVER CLEN ANYDAY.
Many things will....fatburners, stimulants like coffee, clen, over training, lack of sleep, stress.
I also had a hard time (fatigue) when I up'ed my mgs....I use Humanofort 2-3x a day...now I buzz off a cup of coffee and I have not been sick in over a year.
My question is, what is the bottom line difference in fat burning here? Any way to quantify it? Like say you were to lose a pound a week without it, would you be losing 1.25 lbs, 1.5lbs, 2lbs a week with it? Or losing the same amount of weight but with more energy? Obviously it depends from person to person but some anecdotal evidence would be appreciated. Thanks
