I know creatine supplement helps with anaerobic training such as weight lifting or sprints, but everytime I start supplementing creatine I also notice a moderate improvement in my cardiovascular endurance as well.
For eg. i Do my 30 minutes elliptical at a speed of 7 on a level 3 every morning. When I start creatine I reach about 8-9.5 speed with almost the same level of exertion.
Anyone else see that effect? maybe I am using anaerobic energy in short bursts during long cardio. I try to keep things steady state however.. so not really doing bursts of energy.
