Aminos never made sense to me. It takes hours for food to work it's way through the small intestine. If I ate recently, and am absorbing amino acids from the meal, how are aminos going to help me????
They make sense because while you're waiting for the meals aminos to be utilized, the amino powder is already working. They will have worked their magic and worn off by the time your meals aminos kick in. This is why whey is better post work out than a meal
