Egg White/Oatmeal Pancake

Looking for a good egg white and oatmeal pancake recipe. Anyone out there got one they can share with good old M2M?

There you go mate...


3/4 cup oatmeal/Roll Oats
7 -9 egg whites
3 tablespoons Splenda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Method:

Blend all ingredients in blender or with hand blender on a low speed just until everything is blended.Pour in med/large pan (heated to medium with Olive oil spray or whatever you prefer). Let cook until bubble form on top and start to turn over (usually 5 minutes). Flip in the air lol and let it cook another 3 minutes. Makes one large pancake!!

Thank you. This sounds very similar to the one i used to follow, I will definitely use it again I do prefer olive oil spray as anything based with canola or corn ingredients of any kind irritates my digestive tract.

Try one tablespoon of coconut oil. Changed my life.

I may try the coconut oil but for the time being olive oil spray works very well for me.

The olive spray is my second choice without a doubt. The coconut is so much better though. You have my word that you will love it. Very passionate about my oil. lol

^^^couldn't edit, that is a 1/2 - 1 scoop of protien, not a cup.

^^^great recipe. However i find the syrup a tad too sweet for me (even when I use a little!) I have the sugar free syrup but is it the same as the 0 calorie one?

What is the 0 calorie syrup made with? Splenda?
