Well, the blonde from my country would know that.
There are better good looking ladies than this out there.
If you've washed your farm range eggs don't leave them out of the fridge for more than a couple of days. The bloom slows down the oxidation of the yolk and white but they'll still age much faster in ambient temp vs 33-40*F.
Store bought eggs in the US are already washed and missing their bloom. They won't last very long out the fridge. There's no reason not to reefer all eggs IMO. I just take a dozen out the day before I'm going to use them.
On a side note, Big Chef, you're smoking crack, son. Or your sense of humor is very dry.
You're right there is no protective layer in eggs. Your post wins for dumbest post of the day, easily. Congrats. There's no protective layer in eggs.
The only layer is a load of crap and dirty that you push inside when you wash them. Egg's shells are porous.

The special protective coating is called the bloom. It keeps oxygen and bacteria out of the egg. Do your research. There's no protective layer in eggs.

On eggs, at eggs, whatever...
English is my 3rd language.
Prepositions still get to me sometimes. Sorry about that.
You could be speaking pig latin for all it matters, you'd still be wrong about bloom existing on unwashed eggs, my friend.
