You guys Crack me up. Go back and read what was said about the incident and then watch the video again. He had been tasered 5 times just before that and they had little effect on him which is why the cop went from grabbing his taser to his service weapon. When the guard got knocked into the cop with the gun drawn he hit his trigger hand which is what caused the gun to discharge. When have you ever heard of a cop shooting someone in the damn shoulder? It was only damn bad luck that the bullet traveled where it did and killed him.
