Elbow Joint Pain

Checking to see if you have an imbalance between your forearm flexors and extensors.
 
What worked for me was just fighting through it. (not recommended lol). I had pain building up worse and worse for a few months. One day it reached a peak where i couldn't even touch my elbow, it was so sore. Still worked out that day. The next day all pain was gone, good as new. Weirds me out
 
I think damn near 90% of elbow issues are actually cause my forearm imbalances! work them out and do forearm specific stretches.
 
Look up trigger point therapy. That's usually what it is. Over use of the musle or repeative motion.
 
What everyone else says. Imbalance in the flexor/extensor. You need to look up tennis elbow and golfer's elbow, decide which one you have, and do stretches according to which one you diagnose yourself with
 
Or it could be osteoarthritis. After 20+ years of heavy lifting, I have significant bone spurs in both elbows on X-Ray. Check out the various threads mentioned.

I use a mueller elbow support sleeve for my elbow which is always giving me problems. It really helps with pain when benching and doing shoulder press. Without it I can barely get through my normal workout.

Inzer or elite fts elbow sleeves, train your biceps hard, use horse linement on it before you train, and squeeze the bar very hard when benching or pressing (this last one really works).
 
I had experienced mild elbow pain during workouts. I tried the Tommy Copper compression sleeve and I can say that it has helped. Question is, was it the sleeve itself or was it just keeping the elbow joint warm during the workout.
 
What would you all recommend for elbow joint pain?

I've been fighting this for about 4 months now. I started a cycle and I haven't wanted to stop in order to rest the elbow. The cycle is almost over so I guess rest is what I will have to do. I've had anti-inflammatory injections into the sore spot as well as wearing a brace and changing up exercises that don't irritate it as much. I guess I just haven't wanted to rest as long as I think its going o take to heal. Just stubborn!
