i just went to sam's club the other day and they have these huge size liquid joint support i picked up a bottle of that and take it twice a day

I thought I could save some money (half price) by buying powder and capping my own.
OMG is cissus strong smelling.....I could not get that smell outta my office, OR my nose.
Glucosamine tastes nasty but there is no smell.
I just mixed the two and capped.

Oh and ...what's it called...something like hydra aluronic acid....I am sure I totally misspelled it though.
when taking all these I feel great, 2 weeks after running out and my knees start hurting again.
