Good afternoon everyone

As the title says, just wondering if anyone has any experience with any good sleeves they want to share. Thanks.

I’ve been happy with this one. It’s allowed me to lift heavy again without the excruciating pain in my elbow I have without wearing it.

Like, a generic sleeve to reduce tendonitis pain or something for competition? For the latter, SBD is decent enough though cerberus is nice too.
 
I like SBDs. I tore my bicep and these help with the pain in my elbow from the bicep issue.
 
my vote goes to Elitefts super heavy duty elbow sleeve. It isn't neoprene so it conforms to your arms shape and doesn't crease. Also, you will lift more poundage.
 
Spud makes awesome ones that are are great for knees and elbows. I buy mine tight and they are easy to roll down for breaks etc. they make double ply which is so strong I can do a pistol squat wearing them and my knee cap would likely fly off and I would fall otherwise as an example of how much “help” or compression etc a tight double ply gives, Incase you want to go single

You might end up buying single ply as they are so strong. You want them tight. You can litteraly grab the books or hook them to something and step in. I lent someone mine who has serious knee issues and he’s like these are awesome but in going single ply. Icheap enough to buy both eventually. You like jump out of helicopter at 50 with them and keep running lol assuming i didn’t say that already. I can’t find my single ply but double ply I have a medium. I’m 5’7 and 200 ish lean. You will be rolling them up and down but it’s easy and you have to cause that’s how hard they squeeze lol my 70 year old other ripped her abductor or something near her knee and I order for her to go to the doctor she was able to walk in my single ply elbow version. But buy the double ply or call them and ask the equivalent size, there are charts too.

I want to buy a belt from from them but not sure which which is for what.

Honestly when I stopped wearing knee sleeves my knees got better.
Might make sense, mind feel like the tin man for the first time hitting 40, then after a few sessions they stop hurting totally. If I was squatting high I probably wear them most of the time. I had herniated discs and was totally structurally weak till I learned to deadlift properly like 10 years ago and now I lift with a rounded back but my abs support me, before I would have been in a wheel chair

Proper movement is hands down the number one reason to injury/bad pain. Mix a little pride in there and your fucked.
