Ive never met a person who has blown out a tendon from training through tendonitis. The key to find something that allows you to heal over time (capsasin and maybe some BPC) OR to just stop training that area all together. Those are the only 2 options.
Question was how do i speed up healing on it.
I guess since you say that training heavy through tendonitis can't cause a tear, a better question would be if it could possibly be a different injury than tendonitis altogether?
The pain/inflammation has subsided a ton since it first onset... I can deal with pain, i am just concerned about fucking it up even worse and really being out the gym by pushing through it.
