I recently stumbled upon a "day in the life of" vid with Brad Rowe. I got hooked. dude is crazy OCD about his training, diet and business

Check it out at the :55 second mark. strapping on electric shock things to his biceps (a lagging body part for him)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19V44SjlXQA

What do you guys think?
Would that work to bring up a lagging muscle or a muslce you dont have as good mind muscle connection with?

i havent researched or looked into it yet but i thought something like that COULD work. BUT, if it did everyone would be doing it....

Ive had several discussions with Brad. AND a lot more with some of his clients.
This isn't just regular electrode simulation stuff you do at rehab facilities...this is Neufit. I leay rned more about it after hittin John Jewett up about it. John tore his quad last season in prep and started using the Neufit machines to continue training hard leg stuff all while laying off the torn quad. By the end, you had no idea his leg was that massively injured.

From the anecdotal stuff i've heard, it's pretty ridiculous. A buddy of mine is a top level amateur physique guy. Brad convince him to do a back workout with it (both of us work out and Golds) and my buddy was CRUSSHHHHEED the next day. Seems like whatever this is, it adds insane muscle damage and stimulation. I guess its only suggested for weak body part training and maybe once a week...kinda stimulation, new loading work. But i heard its brutal. Its not hard and heavy training too. Every time i see a guy use it, its more of that slow controlled Pak-man style contractions. Neufit has a lot of info on their website and you cant just go out and buy one. You need to be trained in how to use it..,,they are basically marketing toward high level trainers as just another tool in the toolbag. INteresting though.
