Elevated CK (Creatine Kinase) ??

Blood work recently came back with elevated CK.

Normal is 200 or under....mine- 950


was only on a cruise of 250 Test C at the time. I know it's typical for strength athletes to have an elevated CK level (due to muscle breakdown/damage)...but 950????

few weeks ago when i was having my thyroid issues my ck was 1200+ on wednesday, then friday it was 3800+ (a day after 1cc cyp and 1cc tren).

injections and training will raise ck.

rabdomyolasis(spelling?) will be 5k+

Exactly. One time I went and mine was 1500 or so and my doctor told me the next time to come on a Monday and take the weekend off and they were normal.

I wouldn't worry over 950 and the next time do as Tom said and take a few days off prior.
