This is one of the better podcast series about on YouTube. Not everything is hypertrophy specific but I’ve found all interesting.

Whilst Paul Carter is a big one for dividing opinion, I’m about an hour in and his has been not bad (it’s nearly 4hrs long)

It’s on the iPhone Podcast app. Love Dave only thing is he gives off like zero energy when he’s talking he’s just not good with delivery so it gets rather mundane to listen to.

I love Dave on every level. I am on the fence about Paul, his info is great, but I feel like he is way too wrapped up in taking on trolls which is weird. It is like I envision him sitting down, cracking his knuckles, opening Instagram, and getting ready to flame/block everybody and anybody that disagrees with him for 4 hours lol. That said I don't hate the guy. Do guys here hate him?
