This is an email I just got from a client that recently switched over to me from another popular nutritionist:

"I'm getting out of that plateau I was at in fat loss and things are coming along nicely and fat is melting off little by little. I am eating MORE than I was before, I am taking a FRACTION of the fat burners I was before and I was doing a shit ton more cardio and harder cardio than I am now! ... Just mind blowing that doing less cardio, eating more and taking less supps would work so well."

and having sombody in your corner to keep you on the right path helps:p

Sounds like the client doesn't understand how the bodies metabolism works. I gave up trying to help most people years ago. Many people, average person, just doesn't understand the body the way they think they do. I always hear even today," I don't hardly eat and I'm still gaining weight, only eat one meal a day". I've become very passive over the years and my common response is," that doesn't make sense does it?". All these stupid fad diet books never seem to mention the word exercise. I'm stopping here, I believe everyone gets my point.
 
I tell people to stop drinking anything besides water and coffee. For a lot of people just that will cut 500 calories a day and have them losing about a pound a week.

Hmmm. For the AVERAGE person in US, I agree. They would lose that for a couple weeks until hit plateau. But I would still drink diet pepsi :headbang:
