There are no truly secure email providers. Unless you are using encryption, you are always vulnerable.

The servers for privacyharbor are in Washington state, very easy for any US govt agency to get a warrant. While I agree with the VERY blanket statement that "if they want you they will get you," it is not completely true. I doubt a business located in a non friendly country will willingly give up any info on it's customers without severe pressure from it's own govt. And I doubt the entire weight of the USA govt will come down on another country to grab a single steroid dealer/buyer. That's why we are all looking for an email provider COMPLETELY outside the USA. FYI, s-mail.com has servers located in Russia. It has java though I believe, so that's something to consider...
