My gal and I are out here in Seattle for the Emerald Cup Pro Figure and physique. It is being held in conjunction with the regular Emerald Bodybuildimg competition. We think we saw Iron Serenity in the lobby. I didn't want to bother him. Lol.

We are getting ready for prejudging.

There are lots of booths here. We met and bullshitted with IRON SERENITY from the board. What a humble, honest guy. Holy shit... Great to meet someone in this sport who isn't some retard who brags about himself all the time.

Iron Serenity is a good guy. SHREDDED!

I got stupidly lucky with her, Tony. She is zero work for me. Math major...so she has more of a logical way of thinking than most women. Most females seem to operate of emotion. Lol

GS.....I appreciate that I know that all this stuff is temporary. Some day she will be a hefty Rez chic (she is Native American Blackfeet) but I appreciate how hard she diets and lifts. She is hardcore. I am not bullshitting. Zero drama.

I keep emphasizing that "no drama" shit because....you should see all the little high maintenance Princesses" out here. Wow.
