OK, where to begin. I am going to give honest reviews of these methods.
First I will start with Emsculpt. This method is used to help you gain muscle and lose fat. I tried on my abs. Be prepared for an intense treatment. I did 4 sessions. Keep in mind, I live in Romania and these methods are cheaper then USA. I paid 1000 Ron or about 250 US dollars for 4. When you get this treatment, it is intense and no need to train abs that week. I did notice more muscle at the end and a flatter waist. I was also eating about 300 more calories, so it wasn't the diet. It is not what I call, comfortable. Was it worth it? I think so, especially at the price I paid.
Next method I did to tighten up skin. That is Thermage. Not exactly cheap. I paid 4000 Ron or $1000 US Dollars. You only do this one time. You see best results in about 3 to 4 months. Again, it does work, I just think it is pricey. Not uncomfortable at all and takes about 30 minutes. People actually do this on their face here to tighten skin and the results are visible. That method is cheaper. I had lower back, lower waist and obliques done. Maybe that was why a higher price, three areas. This method also helps with some fat loss too.
Last method is Cavitation Vacuum. Cost of this is very cheap. I paid 100 Ron or $25 US dollars per area. I was getting my obliques and lower back done. This method helps with skin and fat loss. You can do once a week too. So, basically, I was getting two areas treated for $50 US dollars a session. Each session lasts 30 minutes. To me this was well worth it. Not only price, but keeps your skin and fat under control. Like a maintenance after Emsculpt and Thermage.
I stop doing these methods about 3 weeks ago and been eating a little more crap and waist still looks good. At 61, it is murder to try to knock off that last fat on lower waist, lower back and obliques. This did it without any more calorie restriction. It was worth the money to me, but I know USA has much higher prices for these methods.
I can honestly tell you, I looked my best in years thanks to these methods. I am convinced and lots get these and other methods done here in Romania.
Now I will go into my bulk phase, before cutting up for spring and summer. Final thoughts: None if these methods will work magic if you eat like crap. Save your money, if that is what you are going to do. But at the same token, if you follow a good diet and want that last stubborn area to go, another tool to use in your quests.
