yeah this is my first cycle
and my training is
monday-chest tris
tuesday- back and bis
wendsday-shoulders and legs
thursday-rest
friday-rest
saturday-cardio
sunday-mixture of whatever i feel i need to work on
my diet isnt very good which i feel good be the reason
i try to cram as much protien as i can and alot of calories i have a problem never being hungry so i been forcing myself to eat so much
but lately i been more and more hungry so i feel as if it could be helping
thanks so much guys i have a wierd problem....
today i woke up and saw in the mirror right above my abs right below my rib cage is sticking out tremendously it looks like im sucking in my stomach and its kind of freaking me out
does anyone have any advice?!
