I began my first cycle 7.5 weeks ago and began cutting 5.5 weeks ago. With it being my first cycle I was hoping for something like 10lb of fat loss and 5lb of muscle gain. It was 10 weeks at 500mg Test E/week and 20-40mg superdrol for the first 4 weeks. I'm definitely leaner now but this last week after adding in daily incline walking my strength has dropped a lot each workout (like 3 reps per set for the same weight). I would think this might have to do with any superdrol effects wearing off or something because diet has been the same the majority of the time (~2200 calories) and even though I added in daily incline walking it's pretty easy so I don't see how that would cause such big strength losses. And I'm still on the Test making this even more surprising.
I'm considering going back on the superdrol for the final 2 weeks of the cycle (which would also help me make it a full 10 weeks since my Test is going to end up lasting about 9 weeks) which would probably help get strength back but then again that could be temporary, I'm not really sure. And it did elevate my liver enzymes pretty significantly. I just can't stand losing strength like I am and am definitely surprised since this is my first cycle. Overall it seems like by the end I'll have about the same amount of muscle as starting (since I gained some the first few weeks), roughly the same strength and 5lb less fat or so. Which is obviously pretty crappy for a 10 week cycle, and then accounting for the fact that once off cycle most people lose some size and gain some fat the net result could be almost nothing.
Any thoughts on going back on superdrol the last 2 weeks and everything else mentioned?
