Well, it's been a tough two weeks for my client. The doctor that did his initial exam told him to try and lose 10kgs (22lbs) in two weeks. Well the end result was not 10kgs but closer to 7kgs weight loss and nearly 3 inches off of his waist. I'm actually happier with the three inches than the weight loss itself. I did not think I'd get the 10kgs from the start but told him he would come out of this a lot healthier and happier. I give Andrew credit for toughing it out all along the way. He never complained and was always on time for his sessions. I gave him a little trick to drop some water he is carrying before the weigh in and this should drop another kg or two off. His fitness has skyrocketed and his recovery after hard sessions is amazing. I had his Heart rate up to 180 bpm in circuits and 155-160 on cardio. He has made some critical lifestyle changes in the mean time. I have educated him on the crash course of nutrition and he now knows how to get the bf off safely. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with him on this and am pleased to be able to make a big difference in someone's life. He is without a doubt much more fit and will add years to the end of his life. For this I call it a success. I have no doubt he will land the job and be well on his way to wealth and happiness. I thank all of the members here at Promuscle for thier support and questions. it has been a real experience. You have all made it a good one. Thanks again.

CONGRATULATIONS, OLD FELLA!

IT REALLY SOUNDS LIKE YOU ENJOY HELPING OTHERS! AUSTRALIA ....PRETTY COOL PLACE. I WATCH A LOT OF DISCOVERY AND TEACH GEOGRAPHY. PLACES THAT INTEREST ME ARE PLACES I'LL PROBABLY NEVER HAVE MONEY ENOUGH TO VISIT! LOL

Incredible results! It was the team effort that got him that far in such a short time. Congratulations! Do you mind me asking his age? You had his HR up there!

Thanks for posting all this man! It was a great read. Id love to take 3inch off my waist. Just from this post ive started a more hardcore diet. I got alot of motivation from this. Nothing but oatmeal, brown rice...lots of veggies and chicken and tuna.

Anyway, thanks again...

Tyrone, thanks bro. The interest and compliment go a long way toward helping me out, you guy just have no idea how good you guy make me feel. Andrew was a determined individual that had some issues. he was a bottle of scotch a day man before I got to him. He has made some serious changes to his life and i honestly believe he will not return to his past. BTW I did not use any form of diet drugs only a mild thermogenic and some serious type of training. I helped him adjust his diet and made sure he was putting in at least 8 liters of water a day. Thanks Tyrone.

Thanks for the props, you are welcome to come and see me anytime bro, I love what I do. I took to training in High School and from that day I always said I wanted my own gym! I am mfortunate to be able to make a living from one of my passions. Like I said I was happier with the loss of gut rather than sheer weight loss. I can say Andrew is a much happier man today, by his own words, "I can't remember ever feeling this good, ever". This was music to my ears. It says to me he has been biten, by the gym bug!! I certainly wish Andrew all the best in his new journey through life. Thanks Enanthanator.

Hey brick, thank you my brother. I pulled out all the stops on this one! Andrew is 36. He had a drinking problem when he came to me. I told him "WE" would get through this together. I gave him my home number and emphatically told him if the demons came calling he was to call me no matter what the time was and I would come to him if need be! Thank god I never got that call. I ahd his heart rate up to try and induce some serious calorie burn and to get him fit in a short period of time. If he had not had a full medical screen prior to coming to me I would have insisted on one before starting. No bastard is going to die on me unless I say so!! I'm sure he thought he was close on a couple of occassions. It was tough, emotional and rewarding all at once. It is a good feeling knowing that you have made a real difference in someone's life for the better. I am pleased at the result. I siad above that you guys have no Idea how much I enjoy your comments and advice. This is home to me and what I call HOLY GROUND. The wealth of knowledge found here from guys like you and the rest is invaluable. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

JT, You have no idea brother, but then again yes you do. You do so much good for the people in your life and are unselfish in your giving. You are one of those rare people that pop up now and again and provide strength to the weak and wisdom to the unknowing. I admire you for the person you are. I do enjoy helping other as the reward of seeing the changes and improvements in others has no price! I am glad I have the skills and knowledge to do this for others, it is my way! You will always have a place in my home JT if you ever get the chance to come here. Thank you and God Bless.

Moedank, I'm glad you have gotten something from this. This pleases me to know that others may gain good from my experiences. I like to help others and I always enjoy a success story.
You can achieve so much with right levels of motivation. You have no idea of the boundries of your mind and body. Andrew has given me a lot out of this also. he reminded me of my humility and love of my fellow man. Watching this guy go through the pain, the vomiting out side and the joy of achievement is priceless. it remnided me of who I am and maybe why I am. It has been rewarding to say the least! Thank you for your comments and your interest. I hope you achieve the goals you set for yourself and nothing is impossible, only the barriers we place in front of our paths. Remove the barriers and it can be done. Do not settle for second when first is in your sights. Carry on bro and train hard, it will come!

Oldfella, the fact that this guy had this alcohol addiction problem and you were able to help him puts a whole new layer of inspiration on this story for me. I hope he stays clean and sober. Its one of those things you take one day at a time to conquer. At least for me. Thank you for sharing this story and helping ME as well.

Thats alot of hard work in that short period of time. I agree with what everyone is saying, its awesome how you love to just help people. It comes across in your posts and in your actions on this board.

You've been a terrific asset to this board since your first day.

Hey bro, if there is anything I can do for you please do not hesitate to shoot me a PM. I'm here for you and others. I love what I do and the rewards of turning a bad situation into a winning proposition are worth it all. I'm not always right, but I follow my heart and gut instinct. Some say I'm a natural at this sort of thing, I say I'm human and value life and what it has to offer. Why be selfish when shareing brings a smile to so many faces. Thank you Brother, it is people like you that inspire me!! I mean it, PM me any time!!

ME, I don't know what to say. You have put a tear in my eyes bro with your words! I'm not a total softie but I appreciate the good things in life. Emotions are what make us human. I do not like to see others suffer! I'm just another one of the bros here with a passion. My passion happens to be BBing and training. Since I own my own gym I have the ability to help lots of people. I do get frustrated at the time wasters and the haters, but all in all they are few and far between. I have very little time for assholes and that's why I don't let them in my gym. If people come to me and ask for help, I will give it! if they are asking then they are ready to make the changes. They are ready to help themselves and that's when I step in. We need to get along to belong!! this is one of my philosophies in life! Thank you for your thoughts and words. I derive a hell of a lot of inspiration from this board and BigA and his team are top shelf all the way!!! Thank you to this board for allowing me to be a part of it!!

Lil bro, Thank you for the props, but really I'm no one special. I have been around a while and gained what I call well above average knowledge and real experience from my travel through life. I've been kicked around and shit and done my share of kicking back. I believe in kharma. If you do enough good for people then the good will return to your life, do enough bad and the bad kharma usually come back ten fold. Ther are much more deserving members of this terrific board for featured member. It is a shame we cannot recognize them all at once! I love this sport and I love my bros and sis's here on PRO MUSCLE. I feel it is one's duty to contribute to this board in any way you can. If I can help people here then I feel I have fullfilled my obligation to this board. If I can contribute worthwhile information and share experiences with like minded people then again duty served! You nguys and girls all have a place deep in my heart. Thanks balla for the kindness. I feel it, believe me! Now put back the other avatar, those girls are hotties man!! not that the current pic is bad, the other one is better. Or you could get a better one and put that up, hahaha!! peace bro, be in touch.

Great Job!

Oldfella- I've really enjoyed your posts about helping your client lose the 10kg, and all your posts are very informational. Definitely a great asset to this board and why I come here to learn every day.

Too bad your client can't keep training with you- he's going off-shore for drilling, right? Hopefully they will be able to do some training on the rig and he will continue his new lifestyle.

Featured Member status seems appropriate to me, based on what you give to this board.

1badboy, Thank you so much! They have complete gyms on these rigs and absolutely no alcohol. They need to keep these guys in reasonable shape to maintain the work these guys do! I have given him the bullets for his gun. He will use the knowledge I have given him to further his endeavour. He has promised to come and see me every time he come back to town so we can catch up! I will be very happy to see Andrew when he returns. There is a bond there that I hope will never be broken. I gave him what he wanted/needed and in return he will give me his friendship! I'm glad you guys are not sitting in front of me while I type these messeges of thanks to all of you. You'll think I'm a friggin girl or something. Sitting here all teary eyed and shit! You guys humble me I tell you! I'm just one of you! Nothing special. I live, beathe, cry and laugh beside you all. I share your pain and hopefully your triumphs. I help when I can and listen when I need to. I learn and share knowledge with you all. Thank you all soooo much!!
