A few years ago when I started lifting hard and Biking 1/2-3/4 of the way through my workout i would get a Rush(Feel Good Feeling)From my head to toes. I would even quiver a little, that was a sign I was having a Great workout. Haven't had them in awhile, still work my ass of in the Gym too.
You guys that have been lifting/cardio for awhile do you still get this?
