Endurance

Im using Gw now.......I have cialis on the way. I would like more endurance for my high intensity boxing trainind. So 10mg cialis everyday is a good dose? Also how long can you stay on cialis?

Baking Soda........that is interesting. I have never heard that before so I looked it up and sure enough it is used for running and endurance. But I did not see an actual amount you need to take........does it go by body weight? Or is there a certain amount that you take daily?
 
Holy crap that dosing is much higher than I thought. I've just been doing half a teaspoon. That article is essentially saying to take 6-7 teaspoons.

I know man. I've been taking it regularly for a bit now though so the horrible diarrhea seems to have gone away. Now when I up the dose, uh oh...
 
Vivarin or NoDoz. One of either of these pills has 2 cups worth of coffee. It's a hell of a kick unless your a heavy duty coffee drinker.
 
Baking soda is better for endurance than cialis
Taking massive doses of sodium doesn't make you retain water? Whenever I dose sodium high my BP goes up and I gain some temporary water weight....doesn't seem like a good way to increase endurance....

Old school placebo maybe?

Well I am only taking 1/2 teaspoon so it's not a massive dose like that article suggested. I can tell you 1/2 teaspoon isn't raising my BP in the slightest since I'm pretty diligent about that.

Are you going to stick to 1 tsp? Do you notice much more endurance when you take it?

I was doing 1/2 teaspoon. Hard to say if I noticed more endurance.

Word! I know it would happen to me too man :eek: We have cheat meals around here and they tend to be extra extra cheese pizzas :D I always wake up really full in my muscles but also a couple pounds heavier and my BP a little elevated (water retention).

Have you ever tried GW? I hear fantastic things about it.....and you can just add it to TRT without throwing off your estrogen or anything (TRT+!). I want to try that a lot after trying one of the original SARMs, MK2866 (after Bboy recommended it for injury healing/strength gains) but it seems a lot of the GW floating around is bunk :(

I think my ideal stack for endurance would be:
100mg Test/week (TRT dose)
300mg EQ/week
600mg Primo/week
20mg GW/day
10mg MK677/night
10g creatine/day
10g beta-alanine/day
50g freeform aminos/day (spread out through day before meals)

That would be fun...lean gainzzzz :D

I THINK I have used Cardarine (GW) before. The reason I say I think is because who knows if these peptide companies really sent legit cardarine. It's a bit pricey so I am choosing not to use it right now as my lipid panel is very good but if I were to ever use it again, I'd definitely use Mike Arnold's (as warlock pointed out). I've always thought the true value in it was during blasts so your lipids don't tank as badly. I don't really blast anymore (might add baby doses once in a while) so it's hard to justify the cost right now.

Your proposed stack should be very good for endurance, as long as the MK677 doesn't produce too much water retention.

Right on completely and 100% trust Mike Arnold to get the right stuff and have it tested.

I totally overlooked the improvements it has on lipids....so perhaps we could add 50mg anavar per day to the proposed stack in light of that?!? Then we're 1g+/week AAS which is heading toward the dark siiiiiiide :star-:ars :star:wars
