I know that high intensity workouts are great for conditioning and building endurance......but I would like to know what the members on here think is best for endurance when it comes to supplements? Something you can add to your high intensity workouts to help you push harder??
 
Citrulline malate, beetroot, and baking soda are well studied for endurance.

Any type of nitrate essentially should help.

If you want to look into the peptide route, theres GW50156.

GW worked well for me for a few weeks but the effects seemed to taper off for some reason. Not sure if anyone else has had similar experiences -- but it doesn't seem to be something that lasts unless you perhaps increase the dose, for me at least.

These have all proven to work well for me.

I may have taken it before. Don't know if it was real or fake. Didn't really notice anything and wasn't using any heavy androgens to see if it improved lipids either. Others have sworn by it though so it's possible I was using bunk shit.
 
I think my endurance is improved when taking Rhodiola and Cordyceps

ever try any supplments with Peak O2? In a cycling trial to exhaustion, peak 02 improved exhaustion time by 70 seconds. it is a 6 Ayurvedic Mushrom Blend of : (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail)

heavy, whats the lowest EQ dose you need to run for endurance? I hate to jack my BP up but been wondering if adding 200mg/week would be enough for endurance gainz :cool:

I start noticing it at around 600mg. I don't eally notice much at all from eq at doses lower than that

most clinical studies only used single doses. i could not find anything with chronic dosing. I would assume you could expect results in the same time frame it takes normal muscular and endurance adaptations; say 2-4 weeks at the least.

Started taking 10mg a day on a Monday and noticed a difference on Saturday for a PT test.

The endurance benefits are the reason that it's band in most pro sports.

GW is great for endurance. I have used it many times with success.
