Hey guys, I was planning on 250/200/50 test/primo/prov for my cruise. How much of an AI does primo act as for you guys? I’m not wanting to crush my estrogen haha.

I think this is just going to vary to be honest. For me, personally, my E would be pretty normal or dare I say lower-ish on those three compounds at that dose. I would definitely not need an AI. I was on 200 test, 100 primo, and 25 prov and my E was somewhat low. Not bad low...just lower.

im doing 200mg test and 70mg primo, 4iu gh and doing fine keeping size etc

I don't really blast or cruise I run about 400 AAS mg year round.

I figure if you cruise at 200 mg, blast at 600, why not just keep it in the middle. Pure bro science...but could be healthier or worse. If I'm honest, just don't want to drop to 200 so I sacrifice blasting.

It's not exactly 400 maybe bump up bump down, but not blasts and cruises.

But on topic, that's a pretty high cruise dose. How high do you push blasts? How is blood work?

Completely individual and up to how much you aromatize and how effective primo or prov are in lowering that conversion. Lots of factors and each one is individual. I'd be mid to lower end E2 though I'd think based on my experience with primo and I aromatize decently.

Relatively sure. Did you have input on my question or are you just curious if I’m big?

Unless you're carrying a lot of lean tissue, that's a low-dose cycle.

To your original question, Primo seems to work differently on everyone in terms of estrogen. Meaning, you wont know until you get bloodwork.

Are you lookin for an answer to possibly lower your primo dose or up your test? Suppose the dose you said destroys your estrogen, what is your plan?

Definitely lower primo. I just aromatize easily even when very lean, so I’m looking for something other than AI to control my e2 really.

I’d love to be able to just do maybe 250/100 test primo if possible.

My first run with Primo (600), test (525)and tren e (225) still needed an ai e2 was near the high range. Added in masteron (250) and don't seem to need an ai. Still pop an adex about once a week but haven't gotten bloods yet to see where e2 is. I do think the masteron is a better choice for e2 management.
