enough mgs to gain??????????

5'9" 140lb 8%body fat
do youguys think that these dosages will be good for me to put on some weight

test prop 300mg wk for 10wks
eq 400mg wk for 10wks

i am not gonig to start taking until i plateu out naturally, started back lifting after about a year. i do alot of running i just slacked off on weight lifting. have never used prop full on before. only with cyp to jump start.

all responces will be appericated..........thanks
just need to now so i can order

did you type your weight wrong you cant be 104lbs. if you are you have close to 100 lbs. to gain before you naturally peak so you need food not test
 
has to be a typo. Where would you get 8% bf at 5'9" 104lbs:confused:
bf would be more like in the negatives ;)
 
5'9 and 140lbs you need to eat!!! If you are trying to get bigger I would stop running and keep eating. You are not near your natural plateau and certainly not ready for AAS. You may need to adjust your lifting routine as well...

Don't order, you don't need it. Tell us what you eat and we'll go from there. If you adjust your diet you'll gain about 30 lbs by spring. Lifting is the easy part, food is the hard part. I think you're just under 2000 calories to maintain that weight for your height. I recommend cleaning the hell out of the diet and add that triple X stuff from GNC. Two 750 calorie shakes a day will help you get bigger.
 
i once was in ur spot bro and everyone told me to wait it out and work out for a while and gain by eating right and the right workout plan....as much as i didnt wanna listen i did and i gaind a VERY good amount in weight by eating/workinout right....also it kinda made me feel better bout myself and input more structure and drive inside myself to acheive my goal...but i know where ur comin from on wantin to hit shit up right away but u should listen to all these guys they have more knowledge then u could even ask for and they know their stuff!!!...to me if u wana waste ur money and try to short cut everything then thats ur call...ur only goin to pay for it in the long run and everything u gain off gear u will jus loose once ur off it...ur body in a way will be in shock and cant keep up with the sudden gains in size and mass....wait it out and eat/workout right and u will be very happy with what u get out of it....then juice up :p

O PS do some research on everything!! i hated reading but this shit, i can READ ALL DAMN DAY ON!!!..."the day u stop learning is the day u find out ur life has become meaningless":D
 
Thats a very very small cycle, but at least its not a winny only cycle like most newbies do. I'd say its enough to grow but just barely. I would use 500mg test and 400eq. Thats a very normal 1st cycle and just the right amount for good gains.

Nobody needs that much on a first cycle, much less someone who is 140 lbs. My first cycle was 200 mg test enanthate and I already wieghed 230. After 10 years of off and on use, I still don't use that much. Nutrition, training and recuperation are the key, not high doses of juice.

Anyway, Rrozel, I think you could get up to 180 without taking any drugs at all. Just EAT and LIFT.

How old are you?
If your natural hormones are on the low side,then a mild cycle would make sense.
For your first cycle,test only is enough.
 
thanks for the advice but i did write that i was going to plateu out naturally agian before i start back on. i just need to know what you all think about the dosages b/c in my past cycles i have never used prop as my base. i would use cyp or sust. if the 300mg wk will not be enough of the prop then i need to adjust.
 
I'm 5'9" and I didn't use supplements until I'm 26 yrs old and over 200 lbs at 10 % bf...

Come one man, do this naturally for a while!

You've cycled before at that weight? I'm not preaching but you sound like your frustrated and looking for a quick fix, learn to eat right now and when you do start cycling you'll have the most important part of the equation down already. And let's face it, if you buy that stuff now you'll only give into temptation and start cycling again long before you should.

Your body produces close to 200mg naturally, so unless you had very low test, I dont think gains would be that great. Everyone knows the basic bread and butter cycle is 10weeks 500test and 400eq or 300deca with an oral.

Whose body produces close to 200mg/day? According to my endocronologist the average male produces more like 5mg/day which is what I've read several times now, no where near 200mg/week. I'd love to know where you got that number from????

I use to think it was 200 also at one time when I fisrt started out in the game because it was posted somewhere by some so called Guru. You cant take anything anyone says at face value unless they can back it up or have a long standing reputation of having the knowledge and experience.

I have read 4-7mg a day through medical journals.

250mg enth a week and 50mg tren eod makes for a fun first cycle.. then you could use the 500mg test and 400mg eq for a good 2nd cycle. At least that's what I did...

But 140 is a bit low.. if you're really anxious.. wait until your at least 160 and if you aren't gaining naturally, then you aren't eating enough, sleeping enough, or training correctly.. don't forget the dead lifts and squats.
