Ephedrine Hcl..

Hey guys, i was curious to know what the max amount of ephedrine is to take in a day? I am currently taking 120mg spread out during the day. Just curious to know what the max is most go to??

fyi..i have slowly built up to this dose.


Also, does ephedrine have a side effect of making your nose run? I've noticed the last week or so my nose is always dripping like and i thought i was getting sick or getting a stuffy nose, but I read the bottle and it says its a nasal decongestant..i'm assumign that has to do with the nose running?

That's a pretty high dose...I take 75mg split into three 25mg doses throughout the day. I can't say it has made my nose run but I've never gone as high as 120mg either...

look at almost any nasal deconjestent in the medicine isle. Odds are they with have some ephedra in it. Thats its OTC primary source. Mine was running like a 100 yard dash the whole time i was on it.

P.s.- I worked up to 120mg as well, but stopped there. That is a very high dose

I did some more research and it looks like the high end dose for fat loss is 50mg spread out 3 times a day..so 150mg a day. Which would be the high dose.

Of course there are people that go higher, but this number seems to be consistent in some sites i've read. but 75-100 being mroe of the average.
