Anybody see the episode this week with huge bodybuilder getting calf implants from unlicensed plastic surgeon inside spare bedroom of shit hole apartment?

Real for sure. Happens a lot brother. A lot of surgeons do it for extra cash or after they lose their license for other reasons. Google search and you'll see tons of cases showing that. Scary to think about honestly and dumb for the person getting it done in my opinion.

I know it happens all the time - remember chick that was injecting industrial grade silicone into women's asses? Or the guy who wanted chest implants and woke up with full D's? lol

Just wondering if anybody thought this show was real or just staged.

I don't know, I've seen this show and it seems kind of like bs... Most of them seem like actors and the show seems fake, not sure why but something about it... Not just this episode, which, I've seen, but pretty much all of them...

As for the unlicensed plastic surgeon? That shit happens everyday and is definitely real.

When you can't make it as a real actor you do bits like this.....that show is so rigged I watched 3 minutes and was done.

If it stated to be a re-creation it would be 10x more watchable.
