EPO with healing peptides-post surgery

I just had rotator cuff surgery, tore the supra, infra, and sub scap tendons off completely. I started my gh 2 weeks prior to surgery and the TB500 3 days after surgery.
Would adding EPO to increase my red blood cell count help speed up the healing process, more blood more nutrients?
