Epsom salt baths and inflamation....

For the last 2 weeks I've been soaking in a tub of warm water with 2 cups of epsom salt in it for 20 minutes 3 times a week. Maybe in my head but I swear there is a significant decrease in joint stiffness and inflamation, especially in my knees. Stuff is inexpensive at $5 for 6 lbs of it. I'm gonna go another 2 weeks and see how my joints feel. Just thought I'd pass it along for those interested in trying it.
 
Use dead sea salts everyday in my bath after any exercise or before bed, makes me feel like a million bucks the next day. Get mine from Saltworks.com 50lbs is cheap as hell.
 
I didn't buy into Epsom salt baths until my wife had me try one. It really does make a noticeable difference. I even get to smell better than usual, because she buys the lavender scented stuff:D

I used to box and my trainer was old school I had alot of hand problems use to make me take epsom salt baths I thought it worked great still take them today.
 
definately a good way to recover and is an easy way to get extra magnesium into your body
 
Agree with you on this.

When I was playing semi-pro soccer our trainers back then would get us in the tubs with epson salt after 3 hour practices.

It stuck with me, I still use it to this day 10 years later
