For the last 2 weeks I've been soaking in a tub of warm water with 2 cups of epsom salt in it for 20 minutes 3 times a week. Maybe in my head but I swear there is a significant decrease in joint stiffness and inflamation, especially in my knees. Stuff is inexpensive at $5 for 6 lbs of it. I'm gonna go another 2 weeks and see how my joints feel. Just thought I'd pass it along for those interested in trying it.
