Eq and test prop question

I started my cycle 4 wks ago I take 200mg eq mon, wed , fri and 200 mg of test prop mon, wed, fri. My problem is I cramp up right after working out this have never happen before. I have use prop before so I think its the eq. I drink plenty of water. what can i do about this?

Try taking some ZMA after your workout. I used to have a similar problem, and that helped out tremendously.

While I agree with tenny. I'm curious to whether you were using the same compounds as the op. Reason I ask is because when I am on tren I always have random cramping throughout the day. Only in my legs, which is weird and it has soley happened while on tren

Too vague of a question with too many factors involved with cramping....
Is it just in the muscles trained? At 4 weeks the EQ is really just starting to take effect so I doubt it's that. If you really want help from members you need to give us more info like AAS history, stats, diet, diet changes, training history, other supps used (creatine glutamine BCAA's, ect), fluid intake, caffiene, stimulants, alcohol, beta agonists, outside activity (rec sports), vtamin, mineral, and electrolyte intake, peptides, pathophysiology (medical conditions), blood pressure, Rx meds, and I could go on.....
