Hey looking to add EQ to my test/var cycle for its appetite and endurance increasing properties but don't want to go longer than 12 weeks. I've read that it's best to run for 16 week or longer.. Is it worth running for 12 weeks? How long till I notice increase in appetite and endurance?
 
EQ is fine for 12 weeks
You should notice the appetite thing by the second week frankly though its dose dependent of course
Endurance never really noticed much there personally, cant comment

One of the main reasons i use eq is the appetite stimulant i get from it. Usually kicks in for me around 4th week. I like to run it at a minimum of 14 weeks as i feel from week 8 on is when i really start noticing it working.
 
I ran it for 12weeks, and got noticeable gains from it at 12.
 
I have been on eq now from three diff sources and i have never had increased appetite.

I will be running eq all summer long, I love the stuff its not a mega bulker but as I have heard it said before it is a poor mans primo.

On 800mg a week rite now.
 
I love eq. Makes me so veiny!!! But kills my dick. It makes me eat like a Beast to. Hunger pains..
 
There were times that I ran it solo and made good gains and the dose wasnt even that high, about 450 mg/wk.
 
4.5 weeks into 750mg/week starting to get strength more vascular and increased appetite, so far so good this is my first run w it
 
EQ is one of the safer things to run in my opinion. you dont start to see results from what ive noticed until 4-6 weeks also your dose has to be 600 or more. It helps with endurance because of the increased redblood cells and you will get some strength gains from it. Some people say it gives you better appetite I never noticed it but it does make you damn vascular and also for some people its a no no for your sex life.

out of curiousity, since you seem pretty knowledgeable.

what was the reasoning behind running it solo? and no test base?

ive thought about running it at a moderate dose on TRT because i dont want to do a long enough blast to properly reap the benefits of EQ. but decided against gettin to fancy
