The research ive seen where women who are different then men biologically and are not on steroids and are also using 400% the dosage im using. When they do a study on men using it at .25mg per day while on over 600mg test a week you let me know. Im just going based on people who have issues on aromasin on the boards that i see constantly and plus my 7 years of immaculate bloodwork while on arimidex all that time. 7 years remember that. No issues. Thats longer than any study you will find. Trust me.

Not to mention the studies are with patients who already have serious health issues which is why they are taking it in the first place. I dont know about you but if i lose my sex drive thats pretty serious side effect. good lock with aromasin. you'll need bloodwork every month using that junk to get it right.

This was taken from a review paper comparing the latest 3 AIs in the treatment of breast cancer. It shows that at the high doses used for breast cancer, exemestane is a weaker blocker of estradiol.

It also shows how exemestane can lower high density lipoprotein (HDL- the "good" cholesterol) and triglycerides much like anabolic steroids (and DHT) do.

Alot of bodybuilding forums speculate that Aromasin is better than anastrozole since it completely deactivates the estrogen receptors. The tables and data above do not support that statement.

There is 2 ways to look at aromasin.. I like the studies on it.. Friendly on the lipids.. Doesn't effect igf... But it , in my opinion, can really sneak up on Ya and crash your e2.. After about a month , with it being a suicide inhibitor, it can really nail the e2 .. Crashed sex drive.. Aching joints.. No matter how much I lowered the dose once it went past 4 to 6 weeks I get nailed..

Arimidex is a bit easier to dail in.. Pretty effective at lower doses.. Yes, it can be prone to estrogen rebound but that can be effectively controlled with tapering the dose gradually etc.. I will say at higher dose test usage I think aromasin may be the better option.. But at trt or pretty low test usage arimidex maybe the better option..
