From most of what I read regarding dosages for women, it should not exceed 100mg a week.

Anavar = 5-10mg per day
Testosterone = 25-50mg a week
EQ = 75-100mg a week

Anything higher and you are risking virilization

Even with low doses stated above you are risking some heavy sides, just keep that in mind. The var is probably going to give you the least amount of problems, but the Test and EQ are more risky. The sides with EQ will take two weeks or more to see, but once you realize you have them, it's gonna be weeks before it's outa your system and for the sides to subside. This may also be the case with test depending on what kind you use. IMO woman should think long and hard before they start test, the sides are much more likely to happen.

no like;y but will happen. A woman can't do test & not gets sides. 100mg of EQ would give me some serious sides. it is a long ester, so they will take a while to show up.

Women should use the old adage " go low & go slow" when messing with gear.

The length of the pin depends on wheree you are pinning and how much fat you have covering the muscle. better to go deep and get it in that have it poole between the muscle and the skin because you used to short of a pin.

Guy's do this here all the time and come running back thinking they have an abcess :banghead:

EQ 100mg every 5 days
Or
primo 150mg every 5 days

Both seem to be tolerated well at these dosages.

Prop 25mg every 3 days run no longer than 4 weeks at a time with equal time off works well too.

Anavar 10mgs is perfect.

Mind you these dosages would be for a large National female bodybuilder.

Agreed, I've tested out tren ace at even 10mg EOD was too much, noticeable hair loss coming out, did subside immediately stopping though.

Also oral turinabol seems to be working well, dose ranging from 10-20mg, 4 weeks tops.
