OF and Tkav have attempted to give you good advice and you're upset because you didn't get the answers you wanted to hear. I think deep down you know they are right. The best advice I have seen given in this thread is to take the money for the drugs and hire someone like Phil Hernon or a knowledgeable local trainer with a good rep (I'm in Canada too, depending on where you are I may be able to help you with that) and listen to their advice about diet and training.
Without a drastic change to your lifestyle I am certain that they will be able to work around your schedule and commitment level in a way that will give you all the results you are expecting from the low dose of EQ. Not only that, they will be risk free, legal and permanent. It's ok that you are busy with school, in fact it's great! Not everyone has the time or the desire to go all out with this. But "medical doses" of a drug that has no such thing because it is not a drug designed for humans is not the answer.
If you have the genetics that you say (and I am in no way doubting you) the easiest thing in the world for you will be more cuts and vascularity. Very minor changes will make this happen for you. In fact, having a professional review your diet and training habits will probably give you more than that. More size and strength will likely also be found. All I'm saying is, why not step back, calm down for a minute, think hey maybe these guys are telling me the truth and have learned something in all their time training, and give their advice a whirl. You might be surprised what you are capable of.
