I've never used hcg before... It was suggested from a friend that when I do my 2 month breaks to run it. I might take 3 months or 4 months off this time. It's all depending on blood work and how I feel. I've always just done 4 weeks of nolvadex followed with 4 weeks of nothing then I start to ramp my test up as I go switching compounds.

HCG should be used while on cycle...not off. Using hcg while trying to get your own test production back is counterproductive.

Bloodwork is big part in figuring out what you need to fix/remedy. In the mean time take Cialis I love the stuff and don't have any issues we ED personally.

I've never used hcg and from what I understand is that yes, you need to run on cycle of you want a shorter recovery time. How ever it seems as if everyone has their own strategies of doing things and theories. I tend to listen to those who have had Pratical experience and who are successful within the sport. That's why I love this forum because it has an abundance of experts.

I research and then ask questions and from that form my own strategy.

2) Stay on a low dose of Testosterone 100-150mg weekly

3) run hCG monotherapy of say 150-300ius ED

4) run some sort of PCT (most fail or only bring levels up for a short period, then fall back down) a PCT has no guarantees.

Personally, I don't see a point in running a PCT if you're going to jump right back on. To each their own.

This was exactly my thought as well. I just did nolvadex to counter any estrogens sides if there was any. It was just recently brought to my attention that I should run hcg. That's why I mentioned my protocol on here so I can seek some validation or an opinion.

This is not directed to the op but it kills me that guys won't spare any expense when it comes to their cycle's but when it comes to blood work they all of the sudden become broke or to cheap

I know it's been awhile but I figure I would throw an update.

I had blood work checked. Evrything is good (lipids, metabolic panel, CBC, thyriod all in great working order. Not bad for some one who never comes off) but my estro was sky high.

Total test - greater than 1500
Free test - greater than 87.75
% free test - 5.85 (range -1.50 4.20%)

Estradiol, sensitive - 429!!!

Looks like my AI was fake. Was using a liquid AI from a research company.

Got same aromasin tabs from a forum sponsor

Ran 30mgs for 4 weeks
Then 20mgs for another 4 weeks all while running 250 mgs of test e a week.

I also got a hold of pharma caber and ran it at 1mg a week for 4 weeks

Libidio is at 90% and gyno in both nipples dissapeared. I also dropped 10lbs in what I'll assume was estro bloat

I had no sex drive while on test. I tried adding in clomid again and pretty much horny every day and it drastically changes my motivation to Perdue women.
