Hm, that's really interesting. I'm not sure where he got his info that AIs can only decrease estrogen by ~50% then. He said on 500mg Test without an AI E2 would be around 100 and with normal dose of AI it would be around 55, which is exactly where mine was with both 0.5mg Adex EOD and 2.5mg Letro ED. His blood work seemed to confirm it too. I've heard levels around 50 shouldn't really be an issue on cycle but in general I'd want E2 lower because of the potential for gyno. I'll only be on 200mg/week of Test this cycle so hopefully my research chem AIs are enough.

Yeah I've heard that many times. If that were the case then anyone running more than 500mg of test would be out of normal range, everyone would look like shit for a show. This was my last try at an AI, thought I'd go with tabs and it definately worked. I was taking 5mg of research top letro ED and my estro was in the 160s. Ideally you want to be in the low normal range. If you went up to 1mg ED I think you would have achieved that. I also take 25mg Proviron 2x a day, that helps with the conversion to estrogen.

Definitely interesting stuff. I'm only going to have test at 200mg this cycle so I figure I should be fine keeping adex at 0.5mg EOD. Since that had me at 58 on 500mg/week I figure the same amount should get me close to 30ish on 200mg, but I'll have to get blood work to confirm. I'm also going to an Endo this Thursday and will try to get a prescription for real aromasin.
