I remember Ronnie Colmans vid where he lived a similar life as Mr. O.
He slept like 4 or 5 hr a nite and worked fulltime as a police officer.
He even ate his meals in his cruiser.
both are super deticated and deserve the utmost respect.
As well as great rold models.

bodybuilding is a full time job in itself.
i also work 40 hrs a week and it does not come easy especially when competing
much props to Erik and anyone else thats lives there life on a time schedule
it keeps cutting out about 5 minutes into it. I tried to watch it this morning before work and figured maybe it would work later but it still cuts out, I really hate computers
erik's trainer is my old training partner. we had some great workouts together back in the day. he was actually spotting me when i shredded my chest. he is a good competitive bodybuilder himself.
