Ester and actual dosage amount (always confuses me)

If the below is true (let's use nandro decanoate for example)
If someone is using (labeled) 200mg per ml 3x a week (600mg) they're actually only getting 372mg of hormone?

Yes that’s correct. It isn’t standard to convert so all dosages discussed are assuming the total hormone and ester weight
