Estradiol is High at 78 pg/mL vs <38 pg/mL. Currently on 200mg Test Cyp prescribed by my Dr. Should I request an inhibitor from my Dr? I have had some minor ED issues lately...

I do have a bottle of Raloxifen at 50mg/ml, 30ml to start if that would help? Thanks in advance.

I will have to ask my Dr during my visit. This was from a blood draw the Cleveland Clinic did not provide the specific type of test in the results they sent me. I had it drawn at 7am Friday morning and the result was sent at 1am.

I doubt it’s the sensitive test then if they got back that quick although I could be wrong. You should definitely ask because anything other than the sensitive LC/MS test is pretty much worthless.

How often do you inject and when did you test relative to your last injection? I like daily injections as it takes the peaks and valleys out and better simulates your body's natural production. A bit more inconvenient but I draw 4-5 days up at once so it's not such a big deal.

I too perform daily injections. Just thought it was odd it was high since as far as I know and per past testing it never showed high.

1. on 200mg/ml per week that would be a totally normal e2 reading if your a middle of the road interms of how your body processes the testosterone as this would be considered a high end dose.

2. your assuming estradiol is your cause of ED yet it could be a myriad of factors

3. what is your total test on 200mg per week? then move from there

How about taking a little eq and crush that e2.

If i remember well ECLIA gives higher values than LC/MS... Around a 10% more.

Tbh i won't be too much worried about the value, if you don't have any sides, like high bp/water retention, gyno and so on.

Did you get your bloodwork from the doc who has you on TRT? If so why did he not prescribe anything? I would find another clinic or endo ASAP. You’re much safer getting this prescribed from a doc and having it monitored than “trying to self diagnose” not trying to be ugly or anything. And if it was routine bloodwork from another doc I would have the results forwarded to him to have an AI prescribed. See if they’ll throw in a pack of cialis until your ED issues clear up. Same exact numbers I had last time this happened and also had some ED issues. Only problem with arimadex is I didn’t really see ideal numbers for about 4-5 weeks. That was just me personally. Could go alternate faster routes but in the long run docs orders are best especially if you’re only doing TRT from a doc.

for some yes but not all, i have a had sen and eclia tested out of the same blood draw a few times, the biggest difference i have had is 1 point, the other times were fractions.
