So I have another friend that just takes 250mg split into twice a week.

And his bloodwork came back good. His test levels is 1498 which is ok for 250mg. But his estro is <15 I don't understand that..

He must not aromatize a lot.

I actually had this convo with my Endocrinologist this morning. My estrogen came back at 15 which I feel is too low for me. I feel great at 40 or even higher. Since I had a lab draw the week before I had to taper down my Test over a few weeks from 600 to 200 to make sure my total was 1000-1100 where he's cool with it. Most likely that's why I was 15.

I obviously didn't mention it but I'm also running 300 Primo and no AI. Primo for me does an excellent job at controlling estrogen. After my lab pull I bumped my Test back up to 600 and will re-check in a few weeks.

In the past, when my estrogen is low Ive tried adding 25mg DHEA and within less then a week my left nip gets sensitive. That being said I asked him about Pregnenolone. In his opinion, he said it's too weak and I'm better off quartering up a 25mg DHEA to bring Estrogen up.

He personally doesn't feel for "males" dropping estrogen to 10-15 is harmful for the CV system. Not sure if I totally agree with him on that.

Just some food for thought.

My bloodwork is nearly identical to his. My last panel was 1490 total and E2 was 6. No typos. For whatever reason, I just do not aromatize very much from exogenous test. I say that because when I was a natty, I had blood panels with 700-800 total test and E2 of 40+. Just more examples of how differently some of us can react to the same drug(s).

My test level came back like 1130 on trt. Rambo mentioned to get an lc/ms/ms estrogen sensitive test. I did that a couple weeks later and estrogen came back in range.

Prior to this I used trt for three months and nothing else, no hcg. My previous doc passed away but he was open minded and would work with me. Some doctors won't work with you like this one gal that caused trouble when I got a dht test . I had to find another doctor. Search on this site for that test and read up.

a friend of mine had same issues but then he go diagnosed for a prolactinoma.

Maybe your friend is just using too much ais...

He has never touched an AI in his life

I'd say 500iu per week (250 e3-4d) this would be roughly the equivalent of natural production

After I was informed I needed a lc ms Ms test When I did the lc ms ms test two weeks later, normal range. Nope no titty issues.
