Estrogen receptor help

Can anyone please help with this?
I’ve crashed estrogen accidentally a few times this year trying to dial it in and it has done a number on me.
I have a high E2 reading but low E2 symptoms. And when I get E2 into range it feels like Estradiol has crashed.
I stay on 200mg test/week

When I increase testosterone I get a huge surge of E2, even with just a 250ius shot of HCG. Aromatase seems hypersensitive right now. This was never the case before.
From researching I’ve found this to have happened:

1. Blocked Aromatase and crashed E2 too many times
2. Non existent E2
3. Receptors got hypersensitive due to Low E2
4. Stopping AI
5. Surge in E2
6. Negative feedback on the hypersensitive ER causing gene silencing because the body is detecting SO much E2 because the receptor is hypersensitive
7. Receptors will always be hypersensitive, Genes will always be silenced

I really would appreciate some help with this. Thanks

I think you are fantasizing a lot of stuff. High and low E2 symptoms are the same pretty much. So you want to run a 200mg/week testosterone cycle, this is 2 to 2.5 times normal levels (assuming you are shutdown). That is fine, but you are going to need an AI, as you have found out. The problem is, you are trying to run the smallest possible cycle and the amount of AI you need has to be incredibly small and precise. I would suggest doing a proper 300-500mg cycle and cruise between cycles at a proper TRT dose of 70-100mg/week (10mg/day is the ideal protocol imo). BUT, if you really want to stay at 200 all the time, you can do it, but you are going to need to get AI dose perfect and get bloodwork done. You ABSOLUTELY can't go for a 20 or even 30 E2 level on that much test, you are going to have to let it be like 40 or 50, otherwise you will get symptoms of low E2. T and E2 compete at the receptor, the higher your T is, the higher your E2 will need to be relative, or probably better stated: the higher your T is, the easier it will be to get low E2 sides at any given E2 level.

hey, I know it's an old post but I'll try, I'm having the exact same problem as you. how are you now? did you improve?

If I get the question, low e2 means higher sensitivity, so use tamoxcifen, it interacts with the receptors and it's an agonist/antagonist so maybe that would prevent the increase sensitivity, i have used tamoxcifen since like 98 and never noticed any side effects if that helps

Yeah but I already have low estrogen symptoms even with normal e2… if I add tamoxifen my low e2 symptoms are going to be worse i think..
