Can anyone please help with this?
I’ve crashed estrogen accidentally a few times this year trying to dial it in and it has done a number on me.
I have a high E2 reading but low E2 symptoms. And when I get E2 into range it feels like Estradiol has crashed.
I stay on 200mg test/week
When I increase testosterone I get a huge surge of E2, even with just a 250ius shot of HCG. Aromatase seems hypersensitive right now. This was never the case before.
From researching I’ve found this to have happened:
1. Blocked Aromatase and crashed E2 too many times
2. Non existent E2
3. Receptors got hypersensitive due to Low E2
4. Stopping AI
5. Surge in E2
6. Negative feedback on the hypersensitive ER causing gene silencing because the body is detecting SO much E2 because the receptor is hypersensitive
7. Receptors will always be hypersensitive, Genes will always be silenced
I really would appreciate some help with this. Thanks
