All that fruit has to be more than 70g carbs. That's like 2lb of fruit. Lol unless you've reduced it from those last pics.I eat fruits only for breakfast. Right now my breakfast is:
5 egg whites ( 20g Proteins )
2 yolks ( 6g Proteins, 12g Fats )
20g Whey Protein ( 15g Proteins )
120g oats ( 75g Carbs )
+ FRUITS ( 70g Carbs )
