I like him a lot, I met him last year and he was very cool, so I am happy to hear. Not sure what impact he will have but really seemed like a good guy. Two of the biggest guys in my gym went down to the Golds where he trains and worked out with him last month.

I thought Evan looked awesome and did his work to get first! Dennis and Marcus both were right up there too, but Evan just was the sharper man tonight.

And 202 division was stacked with great competition and English is now 2 to 1 on Henry...I wanted Henry to do it, but that will fire him even up more now!

Henry got robbed big time imo. He should have won that show,he wasnt the most conditioned guy-but had enough conditioning to win that show with his overall package...

sorry.. but ruhl got screwed.. that was almost predestined.. i had ruhl winnig and dennis 3rd if he was lucky.. evan looked great but, just look at the side by side comparisons.. evan did not improve as much as i thought he would have given the great off season he had..

as for the 202.. englsih deserved teh win.. but, i had henry in second and if he would have won i would not have been surprised.. dugdale no better than third.. but, we have two new york boys winning.. english i could see but,not evan.. oh well..

as for "impact" on bb.. nothing.. it was the new york show.. not all the heavy hitters were there.. evan won.. but, he will need more size to contend with the victors, ect ect.. in 3 years maybe..

I was there and I think English deserved the win. I can't see how Henry got third, lots of Boos. He was defiantly at least second and could have seen him placing 1st depending on what your looking for, but thought English win was well deserved.

I think Evan looked good, but I did not have him first. I can see how he did get it though. He needs to bring up his chest a little, compared to his big delts, legs and lat width, but came in good condition. I think Dennis and Ruhl looked good.
