Where you feel like crap, body hurts, shoulders ache, completely drained but you drag your butt into the gym anyway only to have one of your best workouts in a long time? I am at my smallest in a long time (228 lbs) but also my strongest. I have never done this before but my buddy captured this set on his cell....

I know its in a Smythe and perhaps my range is not full but with osteoarthritis in both shoulders and a labrum tear in one I felt pretty good about this.:)

I had a day almost like that, but the workout sucked and I hurt my shoulder again. I should have listened to my body.

I'm glad you put this up. I have had some of my most productive workouts while feeling dog ass tired. Best reps, best poundages, intensity the lot. I wish I knew why this was.

Wow szona that looked damn good to me, but yea I always thought I was just weird because sometimes I am rarin to go workout and I suck, and other times I have to drag my ass there but then once I am warmed up and in the groove I rock ! very weird how that happens :confused:

Love when guys post video's. Damn motivating. That is just a sick sick lift. 4 plates on incline for 12 reps. I think i can do 2 lol, on a good day. Iv ALMOST injured my chest on like 3 occasions now, im afraid of the weight :(

Shoulders arent likeing me to much now though.....:(

Good shit right there...

My chest is by far my weakest link strengthwise it lags way behind everything..

I hear you on feeling like poop sometimes and going in the gym and kicking ass....When I was sick and weighing 215 I my strongest bodyparts I was still moving weight like I was at ten weeks out...But weak bodyparts like my chest I was literally struggling with 225 on smyth incline...
 
I love those days, what i hate is when you go into the gym feeling like a monster, then after your first set you realize your more like pee wee herman that day.
