Ever go in the gym and get ZERO fatigue, pump or burn in a muscle?
Like you do set after set and you reach failure. You push as hard as you can, stay intense but at the end of the set the weight just stops moving for some unkown reason. the pump or burn or fatigue is never felt in the muscle.
I did this today on chest and did extra sets until I could not lift much weight but honestly I don't feel like i worked chest at all.
Hours later I finally feel a sort of fatigue ion the muscle that I can't describe but not like a worked muscle, just worn out.
Sorry this is hard to put into words... I know others have had this happen from time to time. For me it is usually chest or back once every few months.
