how many of these "fat people" out there actually have a medical cause for being fat and not from eating too much ?? I know there are people i have worked with as a trainer that have a bad thyroid and gentics and it all came down to gettign the right help..then the other 90% are fat cause they eat too much damn bad food and not enough good food...
Peopel who are fat and obese need to go and seek mental help for they are eating from a depressed state of mind caused by a number of things and it all varies from person to person but the one thing they have in common is they eat cause it puts them in control of something they feel thay have no control of .....

Just like a lot of us want to be huge...look inside of yourself and you will see something in your past that makes you feel small and you are making up for it by getting bigger...think think........
