Ronnie's upper body is still bigger than 98% of the average population. Nobody's competitive physique is sustainable. Also, when someone has medical issues be it mechanical, like Ronnie, or disease/illness, that's a lot different than someone who just decides to scale things back and can still train.

True. Even now with heart failure I still retain quite a bit of the muscle I built. I'm only on trt, 100 mg/wk, and barely training. People look at me and assume I'm a healthy weight lifter, and look shocked when I tell them I have a ICD.

Ronnie is still huge by normal standards. Being number one in the world means he had a very long way to fall when he went off PEDs and couldn't lift heavy. For someone much lesser like me, the fall isn't so far.

Here's JP at 250mgs test/2.5iu GH.... For 11wks.

It's amazes me what happens after those years of pushing doses (and wgt) what can be maintained w hard work and a fork.. and a sprinkle of test.

As Bio said, Ronnie is still a big, lean son of a gun but those injuries haven taken a toll on his appearance

Father time tho, still reigns supreme.

I was blown away at this pic of JP, if this isn't a ringing endorsement of what brutally heavy training builds, I don't know what is.

I knew from the title it was a picture of Ronnie one way of the other

still probably has substantial amounts of long estered nandralone and boldenone in his system

The reverse transformations that got to me a little in the past were Lex Luger and Tom Prince.

I think it depends on #1 the grace of God
And #2 how you take care of yourself.
Sometimes life kicks you rite in the balls and you deal with it.

muscles in your 20’ s maybe even 30’s it seems like the most important thing in life many of us have focused on.
after 40 or a near death experience wisdom tells us different.

Muscle doesn't waste away easily for many; others can seem to not hit the gym for a month and look like they never lifted. I've found it very difficult to actually lose muscle (granted, I've never really taken enough to have a huge swing, anyway) IF diet is still in check and you're staying active. However, though, you need to realize that if truly just on trt, you're going to revert back to that, eventually. And you can obviously look amazing and certainly be big (relative) , cut and healthy compared to 99% of the population if you play your cards right. Guys on here prove it every day

Yes, he said as much but goddamn..... 260 @5'6 nearly contest condition. Very, very impressive what he's holding onto factoring in the amount of conditioning work he's doing as well.

honestly ronnie can give two shits about what we think about him. this man is gonna live by the iron and die by the iron. this is his passion and that's all he knows. despite all his injuries the man just loves to work out.

I thought he was trying to lose weight?

All i have to do is look down at my legs and see that everything is fleeting. Maintaining upper body is one thing. I find legs to be another. I have told guys for a long time that you can't be superman forever.
