I want a list of what you use for protein and maybe a few reasons why?
Eggs, lean beef, deer , fish etc.. I am lookin for some variety im tired of tuna fish and grilled chicken
Fish high in omgeas and easy to digest.
Sirloin or whatever beef is on sale.
I wanna try beef hearts, low priced and high protein.
I need beef to grow.
Chicken breast, legs, thighs. Once again whatever is on sale.
Pork chops, sirloin chops, tendedloin
Baby back ribs fo flavor and the calories about 2k in a rack.
Lamb when I can get it. For variety
Ham when I'm lazy
Legumes. Their cheap and healthy.
Black eyed peas
