Mackeral
Salmon
Sardines
Fish roe

Sirloin or whatever beef is on sale.
I wanna try beef hearts, low priced and high protein.
I need beef to grow.

Chicken breast, legs, thighs. Once again whatever is on sale.
Eggs

Pork chops, sirloin chops, tendedloin
Baby back ribs fo flavor and the calories about 2k in a rack.

Lamb when I can get it. For variety

Ham when I'm lazy

Legumes. Their cheap and healthy.
Lentils

I like deer meat. Very lean and grass fed. If you dont hunt just find a local meat processor and i promise he'll have someone he can put you in contact with. Having a deer processed will cost between $30-$50 depending on the cuts of meat you get. and you'll get anywhere from 30-50lbs of lean meat, depending on size of deer. so your looking at around $1 per lb of meat. cant beat that if you ask me

I like Costco for stuff like chicken and beef. If your on a high protein diet and want to save money while eating quality food Costco will save you $.

I eat quite a bit of wheat spagetti with either ground chicken or turkey. Am I nullifying all the protein I eat because of the carbs in spageti? Thanx.

go to the articles section and look at what Big Chef wrote about bodybuilding foods. You will have to do some of your own work on this site too

Plain greek yogurt (20 grams of protein) with a scoope and a half of whey isolate protein (55 grams of protein total). Plus everybody already stated the good lean meats.
